Adding start cultivation of a lactic acid bacterium, makes the production of the salami quick and safe. The lactic acid bacteria added to our products contains no lactose or milk, which means that people who are milk or lactose intolerant can safely enjoy our products.

All our premises in our factories are also completely free from gluten and lactose.
