Description:Fårsalami is a fermented air-dried sausage with mild mutton taste. Fårsalami is a perfect sausage if you like dark meaty salami with traditional taste. Fårsalami does not contain pork!
Ingredients: Exclusively Swedish-produced meat from mutton and beef, lard, salt, spices and start cultivation. Preserving agent: E250 (sodium nitratet) and antioxidant E300 (ascorbic acid).
Quantity of meat: 131g meat used for 100g finished product.
