Description: Guldsalami has a smaller diameter than Jubelsalami, which gives it a more powerful smoky taste than our other salami products. Guldsalami contains a little garlic.
Ingredients: Primary produced Swedish meat from beef and pork, lard, salt, spices and start cultivation. Preserving agent: E250 (sodium nitrate) and antioxidant E300 (ascorbic acid)
Quantity of meat: 114g meat used for 100g finished product.
