Description: Kryddsalami is a juicy salami with pastrami added in the mix of spices that covers the sausage. Kryddsalami has a rich flavor and a pleasant aftertaste, it is smoother and fuller than our Pepparsalami. Kryddsalami contains more garlic than our other products.
Ingredients: Primary produced Swedish meat from beef and pork, lard, salt, spices and start cultivation. Preserving agent: E250 (sodium nitrate) and antioxidant E300 (ascorbic acid).
Quantity of meat:114g meat used for 100g finished product.
