Description: Pepparsalami originates from Jubelsalami but in this sausage we have added a mix of pepper. The combination of pepper and salami gives it a lovely aroma and taste, a balance between a strong and mild experience. If you like salami with more taste, you will love Pepparsalami. It also contains a little garlic.

Ingredients: Primary produced Swedish meat from beef and pork, lard, salt, spices and start cultivation. Preserving agent: E250 (sodium nitrate) and antioxidant E300 (ascorbic acid).
