Description: Pepperoni is excellent if you like food with a sting, but it is not as strong in taste as the name would have you think. Pepperoni is a bit of a spicier salami with pepperoni in the seasoning. Pepperoni is also great on pizza, when the slices of the salami fry, the water evaporates and the product gets crisp and richer in flavor.
Ingredients: Pork, lard, salt (with Preserving agent: E 250), spices (pepper, bell pepper, soy sauce, mustard, celery, seasoning/flavoring of taste E 621) and start cultivation.
