Carina and Ulrica Brydling at Restaurant Marmite in Are love their jobs, and for them quality is crucial. T he sisters are silver medalists in the Olympic games for chefs, and if you have eaten at their restaurant in Are, you know how exquisite their food is. When we asked them if they wanted to show us what could be done with Grilstads products, they were enthusiastic and we were happy.
